Busy weekend with a bit of everything | Michael and Stella in India
Friday telephoned Colonel Sharma and asked if we would play bridge with Kitty. It turned out to be Colonel, Kitty and Raj and Stella and me. Denmark considers that the bridge should be played by a minimum of 2 x 4, but here they have a quite brilliant little system, so you can play any number. Well, it was very cozy and all three are someone we often are with.
We played 18-21 and from there we went to Hard Rock Cafe, where we have dinner. Out here they eat very late. At Hard Rock hear there's always good music. Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Metallica, Linkin Park, etc. we had heard while we Stella got a burger and Michael a T-Bone. It was then washed down with a Mojito to Stella, while Michael was Margarita and a Bloody Mary. It was shown 200 Danish kroner. It was my first visit there, but it will not last. Loud music, but good.
At 6:20 the alarm clock rang and I stood for cycling. Picked up at 7 am and taken to the Nandi Hills, as I before both cycled preservation of vegetables and described. I have half an agreement with Guru Deep and we met at my first upturn when he drove down. I ran strong and had to see if I could beat my record of 39.10 for the 8 km up the. This time we were very tired, but got up there in 45 minutes.
Guru took the car home, then I cycled 55 km home. Along the way I stopped straight and bought some fresh grapes and later had a sandwich and a Coke. It was a long day of about 5.5 hours in the saddle and over 7 hours from home. Well I was tired when I got home.
From there we went over to Infinitea that we had passed the day before and looked good. Infinitea is a tea place that serves 30 -40 teas and so little different Western-oriented snacks. It was a good Assam tea, ice tea, salad, chicken Satya and fries with ketchup. It was a lovely very westernized place, but filled with Indians. Under 100 dollars for it all.
From here, we wanted to just have a glass of wine and after searching a little differently we ended up at Caperberry, which has been awarded as India's best restaurant (outside hotels). We have not been there before, but it was a fine place. We just got a good glass of wine and some homemade popcorn and looked at their menu. It looked utterly brilliant out with a molecular gastronomy !!! Do we in one day.
From there we drove home and sat alone and watched TV. I was just see Man Utd against Liverpool. A little later we met and sat out on terrrasen at 9 o'clock and eat foie gras (thanks Lene). Then we split up again and I saw the three films about Lisbeth Salander.
After a quiet start to the day we went to the pool. 13:30 we drove into the Century Club, where we ate lunch in their garden. It's probably my favorite club with a very nice garden. Excellent Indian lunch and it was probably one 20 - 30 dollars for 5 small meals and two beers. From here we went so upstairs to play Sunday's bridge. Stella with Kitty and I with Colonel. It went OK, but nothing more than that.
From here we took at. 18.30 of the Liquid Lounge, which should have a nice bar. It was also a nice place where I just got a Margarita and Stella and Mojito. preservation of vegetables A very sweet and snaksagelig bartender who really had made some great drinks. I personally have a large benchmark signment concerning Margarita!
Speaking of football, there was an article in the newspaper today, who said that football preservation of vegetables is clearly preservation of vegetables now the second biggest sport in India. Far behind cricket in first place, but No. 2 At the same time footballer clearly growing, so if cricket pranks, so it will be overtaken. Televisions showing live all the time from English, Spanish and Italian football.
What, however, preservation of vegetables a hard life:-)
