6. Mr. Speaker, Ninazishukuru ministries, government departments, institutions and government agenc


1. Mr. Speaker, I beg to move that this esteemed discuss and approve the estimates of revenue and expenditure of the Government for 2013/14. With this speech, have been produced four books that explain the various figures in the Budget for the budget. 2.Mheshimiwa Speaker, first of all I thank Almighty God for given us good health and enable us to share the eighth meeting of the Tenth Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania. In addition, I thank His Excellency the President of the United Republic of Tanzania Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete for his consistent leadership. 3.Mheshimiwa Speaker, based on the recommendation of Parliament's new budget cycle, the Government has ratified these proposals which provide an opportunity to involve vyapar capital market partners more stakeholders and facilitate the implementation of the budget began on 1 July each year. The government has implemented these recommendations to fix the time and order of the stages of preparation of budgets that are covered during the preparation of the budget for 2013/14.

6. 8. Mr. Speaker, I thank the Deputy Ministers of Finance, Hon. Janet Zebedee Bene (Mb) and Hon. 9.Mheshimiwa Speaker, Budget 2013/14 is the third in the implementation of the first Five Year Development; Election Manifesto of the CCM in 2010, and Phase II of the National Strategy vyapar capital market partners for Growth and Reduction of Poverty (MKUKUTA II).
