So was the new wonder of the grill, grill grid, just tested once again. For evening was the fact the fillet and since I do not just showed what I had to find on the, I opened the fridge hoping some inspiration. And there was a package air-dried foods in india seranoskinke - something like ham usually hang really well stuck in the grill, so of course had the tenderloin wrapped in ham and then grilled to see if the new grid could go the distance.
Ham slices were laid in a row on a piece of tin foil and then I went in search of some herbs in the garden. It was the thyme, rosemary, oregano and a little parsley. Herbs were minced thoroughly together and spread on top of the ham. Then it was time to look at the tenderloin, which was trimmed and brushed with mustard. I used a mixture of half Dijon mustard and half sweet, French mustard for not beating his girlfriend completely kill - the dijon we currently have are nicely hitting tenderloin was laid on top of ham and kryderurter, and so I packed ham round about the meat using silver foods in india paper - only the one side and then the other upstairs. Then the ham pieces attached with toothpicks and de rested a few hours in the refrigerator.

The tenderloin was put on the new grill and grilled for about 30 minutes with lid. After it was finished and ready to take the rack without problems with ham that has stuck. Perfectly fried and nice juicy. Estimates dinner
